Subject: Very interesting Hi Mark I walked from Land's End to John O'Groats last year, so I found your site very interesting. Since I got back I have found 12 websites altogether (apart from my own) describing the end to end walk. Yours is definitely the best of the bunch. People do the walk all sorts of ways - the variety of routes, methods and motivation is really surprising. But however you do it, it really is the trip of a lifetime. Martin Hockey

Subject: Great site! Hi Martin. I agree entirely! Although the summer of 2003 seems a while ago now, I still think of my walk every time the weatherman pops up on the TV. Isn't it a great feeling, to know you've crossed a kingdom? I'm glad you like my website, but I have to say yours is considerably better; it's been a real pleasure to read about your experiences on the trail. Your timing is impeccable, as I'm about to start work on a new website, dedicated to my LEJOG walk, which will include all my photos and writing from the walk. I've pretty much given up trying to find someone to publish my book, so onto the Web it is; it'll be fun to work on. Anyway, thanks so much for posting, and thanks for including a link your website.
